Food grade stainless steel made Dahi Chamber is fully insulated with sandwich PUF panels. This curd storage chamber requires 50 to 60 Hz frequency range and 220v to 440v voltage range to function. Its production capacity is maximum 1000l and its internal temperature ranges between -45 degree C to 20 degree C. This Dahi Chamber requires around 4 hours incubation period. Advanced features of this product helps to maintain required temperature range for longer period. CFC free refrigerant of this chamber makes it environment friendly. Standard of this structure has been verified on the basis of its insulation attributes, operating cost, environment friendliness and output.
